Speaks the selected a text in the frontmost window, omitting all HTML Tags. Note that you can't stop the speech so it if you select a long text the script will take a long time to complete. You will need to have Apples's Speech extension installed and the "Speech OSAX" in your system's "Scripting Additions" folder .
